Hints and Tips

Use the Moodle app if unable to access a PC or laptop, available on Apple and Android. Please make sure if using the app you select the correct option, delegate or trainer, when logging in for the first time.  You will be asked to select the site you wish to access type https://gccplustraining.org

When registering as a new user - please use an individual email address if possible (not admin@)

If your course has a LIVE session on the BigBlueButton, please check your settings in advance using the test room (link here).  If you are a new user please check your access to the event at least 24 hours prior to the date.
