How to access GCC Plus Training
For GCC Staff ONLY
Please make sure you access the site through the PURPLE layer
Use Google Chrome as your browser option (this can be found using the search option by the start menu if you have not previously installed it)
For ALL users
Once you have opened the training site www.gccplustraining.org
Using the log on details sent to you via 'noreply@gccplustraining.org' or your trainer
Enter your username (usually your first initial and surname all in lowercase) and password in the log on fields.
If you have forgotten your password/username you can use the ‘forgotten your username or password’ reset button. This will send the information to your registered email. Please check any junk folders.
When you have logged on, click on the ‘my courses’ on the navigation bar. This is located across the top of the page and down the left of the page.
Or on your DASHBOARD
Click on the name of the course.
Guide to your course
The course page will contain the resources for your event.
If a LIVE session is taking place, click on the
Big Blue Button
You will be invited to join by clicking on the Join Session button.
If your computer allows microphone use, please click on the Microphone option, and test the quality by following the echo test. Wait to be added to the room. DO NOT close this box before the computer does.
Once in the room, you will have the opportunity to mute your microphone and webcam
