Business Planning - 2023/24
It has never been more important to creating and maintaining a business plan to ensure your setting’s financial well-being whether it be to raise funds or look to funding opportunities, a well presented business plan is mandatory to prove your setting is sound and sustainable. We will cover the elements to assist you in creating a well-written, realistic business plan to ensure you focus your attention where your business needs it.
Managing Your Team Effectively 2023/24
This course is designed for managers and owners to ensure that staff are being managed effectively which in turn will aid retention within the setting. It is not easy to nurture and support staff taking into account the pressures of managing a setting, but effective management techniques will motivate the staff. It will cover supervision, appraisals, performance management as well as staff development and the skills required to ensure your team feel valued.
Nursery Funding Portal Training 2023/24

Recruitment & Retention 2023/24
Widespread recruitment and retention problems within the sector have been widely reported both nationally and locally. This training will encourage you to review your current recruitment strategies to give you the best possible chance of recruiting the right person for your setting, but also looking at retention strategies to ensure new and current team members remain within your setting.
Self Update Provider Portal Training - 2023/24

SENCO Award level 3 (Sept 2023 start)
The intention of this programme and qualification, in its design and planning, is to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of Early Years SENCos in performing their role effectively.
The programme includes twelve sessions, with some time built in for the trainer to give individual or small group support as required.
